  • Remote role: This is a telephone-based service, involving no in-person visits.
  • Not a substitute for medical care: The role does not include medical care, physical assistance, or personal hygiene tasks. We can reach out to emergency services if the need arises. 
  • No script: The conversation is free-flowing and determined by the senior's int
