"Just Checking On You!" helps seniors maintain their health, safety, and social engagement. We call our patients twice a day, Monday through Friday, and our Companionship Services provide social interaction and communication. Each patient could receive a medical alert pendant equipped with a fall sensor and GPS, enabling them to get help in case of an emergency. Additionally, we could provide two virtual doctor visits each month. Our monitoring services ensure that you can maintain your independence. Whether you need someone to check in on you or simply want to have a conversation, we are here for you. Keep your home. Living alone doesn’t mean you have to feel lonely.
- US Citizenship or Legal Residency: Individuals must be either a U.S. citizen or a permanent legal resident (green card holder) and have lived in the United States for at least 5 consecutive years before applying for Medicare, according to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
- Age 65 or Older: The vast majority of Medicare beneficiaries are 65 years of age or older.
- Social Security/Railroad Retirement Benefits or Qualifying Work History: To qualify for Medicare, individuals must either be receiving or be eligible to receive Social Security or railroad retirement benefits, or they or their spouse must have worked long enough (usually 10 years or 40 quarters) in Medicare-covered employment according to the Social Security Administration (SSA).

We try to provide services for all those who are in need. However, if you do not qualify, you can utilize our referral program. If you refer two patients who qualify and enroll for our service, we will provide you with a year of service at no cost as part of our Guardian Community Program. Get with us to learn more details.
You may not have to. A senior with low income can pay for wellness companion services through government programs like Medicaid or state-funded supplements.
It may be covered by the Elderly, Blind, and Disabled Waiver (EBD). This waiver provides support for those needing long-term care services.
Sponsorship: The service can be paid for by a family member, friend, or organization wanting to help a senior.

If you are not eligible due to your income or financial situation exceeding the limitations, we offer a customizable monthly payment plan tailored to your needs. Our annual telehealth care typically costs less than a single month of assisted living, allowing you to maintain your independence and home for as long as possible. The monthly fee ranges from $99 to $474, depending on the number of options chosen. Additionally, a one-time enrollment fee of $99 is required. If you're worried about not qualifying due to income or financial constraints, we’re here to help. Our flexible monthly payment plan is designed to fit your needs.
If you are not eligible or do not qualify for the Just Checking On You! service, or just do not have the funds. Become a part of our referral service. We believe every senior should have the opportunity to be cared for. The Guardian Community Program (GCP) is a service where we reach out to you once a day, Monday through Friday, but it does not cover medical equipment or virtual doctors' visits; it does cover administrative fees. We still monitor your health, safety, nutrition, and social communication with no cost. We only require that you refer two eligible patients to enroll in our service. The referrals will last one year. If you refer three patients who enroll, you will receive full service. If you refer four or more, you will receive a $50 Visa gift card for each after the third enrollee.

Many seniors die alone. It was found that seniors make up 12% of the U.S. population, but account for almost 20% of suicides. Living alone without communicating can lead to depression, and depression leads to dementia. Dementia leads to Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, or cardiovascular disease. Isolation and loneliness are associated with poorer health; helping your family member and yourself avoid them is a key part of caregiving. As the senior population continues to grow, primarily known as "baby boomers", they are being called the "Throw Away Generation". Seniors have contributed so much to our country, it is time we make time for them. Living alone does not mean being lonely.
